Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mythic Market Research, Inc, doing business as Mythic Market Research ("MMR", "we", "us"), a Wyoming corporation. They govern your use of Mythic Market Atlas, Atlas Operator, and any related app, website, content, data, email or community (together, the "Service").

By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. The Service

Mythic Market Atlas publishes rules-based model portfolios: the current holdings and target weights of each model, the rules behind them, rebalance dates, historical model statistics, a blend builder and educational material. Atlas Operator, when offered, adds further research tools. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Not investment advice

The Service is general research and education. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

MMR is a publisher. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and we do not act as your adviser or fiduciary.

The same content is published to every subscriber. It is not tailored to your finances, goals, risk tolerance or tax situation.

You alone decide whether to act on anything in the Service, and you are responsible for your own investment decisions and results. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before you invest.

Investing involves risk, including the loss of principal. Exchange-traded funds and other securities can lose value.

4. Hypothetical performance

Performance figures, charts and statistics in the Service (for example growth, CAGR, drawdown, Sharpe ratio and comparisons with SPY) are hypothetical. Unless clearly labeled otherwise, they come from applying each model's rules to historical data and do not reflect actual trading of client money.

Hypothetical results have inherent limits. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, may not reflect trading costs, taxes, slippage, liquidity or the timing of real orders, and can differ materially from what a real account would have achieved. Past performance, hypothetical or actual, does not guarantee future results.

5. Data and accuracy

Model data is computed from third-party market data. We work to keep it accurate and current, but data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee it. Corrections are published as dated correction entries rather than silent edits. Check prices and holdings yourself before you trade.

6. Our own trading

MMR trades its own capital. MMR, its owners and its staff may hold, buy or sell securities that appear in the Service, including before or after content is published, and their positions may differ from or conflict with the models. We do not trade against subscribers using non-public information about the Service.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Plans. The Service is sold as recurring subscriptions, currently monthly and annual Atlas plans. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes. Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays active without a break.

Payments through Whop. Checkout, billing and payment processing are provided by Whop. Whop's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. We will give you notice before a price change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, your access may be paused or ended until payment succeeds.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Your account

Your subscription is for one person. Keep your login secure and do not share your account or access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at grant@mythicmarketresearch.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

10. License and no redistribution

All content in the Service, including holdings, weights, rules, models, text, charts, data and software, belongs to MMR or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial investing and education while your subscription is active. You may download CSV exports for your own records.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Share, post, sell, publish or otherwise redistribute holdings, rebalance information, model data or other paid content, in whole or in part, including in chat groups, social media, newsletters or other services.
• Use the Service to build, train, operate or market a competing product, signal service, fund or model.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or use automated tools to access the Service, except the exports we provide.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service or its software.
• Remove copyright, disclaimer or other notices.

11. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to bypass access controls, interfering with its operation, accessing other users' data, uploading malicious code, or using it for anything unlawful. In community spaces such as Discord, be respectful and do not post spam, solicitations or other people's personal information.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Whop (accounts and payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Discord (community) and market-data providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages or content.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY MODEL WILL ACHIEVE ANY RESULT.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMR AND ITS OWNERS, STAFF AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MMR and its owners and staff from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your investment decisions.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, including by redistributing paid content, without a refund for the remaining period. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 3 to 6, 10 and 13 to 18 survive termination.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at grant@mythicmarketresearch.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and MMR consent to their jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
