Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Mythic Market Research, Inc, doing business as Mythic Market Research ("MMR", "we", "us"), collects through Mythic Market Atlas, Atlas Operator and related apps, websites and communities (the "Service"), and how we use and protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
1. What we collect

Payment card details are collected and processed by Whop and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your brokerage account details, account numbers, holdings or other sensitive financial information.
Cookies. The Service uses only the cookies and similar storage needed to sign you in and keep it working. We do not use advertising cookies. Whop and its website tools may use their own cookies under Whop's privacy policy.
2. How we use it
We use personal information to provide the Service and control access to paid features; to process and support subscriptions; to send account, billing and service notices (such as rebalance announcements you signed up for); to keep the Service secure and fix problems; to understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used so we can improve it; and to meet legal obligations.
We will only send marketing email if you have agreed to it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
3. How we share it
We share personal information only as needed to run the Service:

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety or property of MMR, our members or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account and subscription information while you are a member and for as long afterwards as we need it for billing records, legal obligations and disputes, generally up to 7 years for financial records. Saved settings and blends are deleted within 90 days of a request or after your membership ends, except where kept in backups. Backups are kept for a limited period on a rolling schedule and then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
5. Security
We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, scoped access keys and private storage, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
You can view and manage your account and subscription in Whop at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete or provide a copy of your personal information, or to stop marketing email, by writing to grant@mythicmarketresearch.com. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for using them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Where information is processed
MMR is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred there.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and notify active members of material changes by email or in the app.
